End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User", "you") and Applus Mobil Hizmetler Limited Şirketi ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") governing the use of our mobile applications distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

By downloading, installing, or using our applications, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the application.

1. License Grant

Applus Mobil Hizmetler Limited Şirketi grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the application on a device that you own or control, solely for personal and non-commercial purposes.

This license does not grant you ownership of the application or any intellectual property rights.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Modify, copy, or distribute the application
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the application for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to bypass security or usage restrictions
• Use the application in a manner that violates applicable laws or regulations

Violation of these restrictions may result in termination of your license.

3. Ownership

The application and all related intellectual property rights, including but not limited to software, graphics, design, trademarks, and content, remain the exclusive property of Applus Mobil Hizmetler Limited Şirketi.

This agreement does not transfer ownership of the application to the user.

4. Updates and Modifications

We may release updates, improvements, or modifications to the application from time to time.

You agree that such updates may be installed automatically through the app distribution platforms (Apple App Store or Google Play).

Continued use of the application after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

5. Subscription Services

Some features of the application may require a paid subscription.

Subscriptions may include:

• Weekly
• Monthly
• Annual plans
• Free trial periods

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through their Apple ID or Google Play account settings.

All billing and refund processes are handled by the respective app store platform.

6. Third-Party Services

The application may use or integrate third-party services such as:

• Advertising services
• Analytics tools
• Cloud infrastructure providers

Applus Mobil Hizmetler Limited Şirketi is not responsible for the content, policies, or services provided by third-party platforms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The application is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that:

• The application will function uninterrupted or error-free
• All features will always be available
• The application will meet every user expectation

Use of the application is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Applus Mobil Hizmetler Limited Şirketi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Use of the application
• Inability to use the application
• Service interruptions
• Data loss or system issues

9. Privacy

Use of the application is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use information.

Users are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy before using the application.

10. Termination

This license remains effective until terminated.

Applus Mobil Hizmetler Limited Şirketi may terminate or suspend access to the application at any time if these terms are violated.

Upon termination, the user must cease all use of the application and remove it from their devices.

11. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Türkiye.

Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Antalya, Türkiye.
