These Terms of Use govern your use of WIDME, provided by Applus Mobil Hizmetler Limited Şirketi. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

WIDME Service

WIDME provides personalization features that may include themes, widgets, wallpapers, app icons, and related content. Features and content may change over time.

Subscriptions

WIDME may offer auto-renewable subscriptions, including weekly and annual plans. The price and subscription period shown in the app and Apple purchase sheet at the time of purchase apply to your transaction.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Unless canceled, an auto-renewable subscription renews according to the terms displayed by Apple. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings.

Free trials or introductory offers, when available, are subject to eligibility and the terms shown at purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial may be affected when a subscription is purchased as permitted by Apple’s applicable rules.

Premium Access

Premium features are available while the applicable subscription or entitlement remains active. We may add, modify, or remove content while maintaining the overall nature of the service.

Acceptable Use

You may use WIDME only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the service, bypass access restrictions, misuse content, reverse engineer the service where prohibited by law, or use the app in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

Intellectual Property

WIDME and its original content, branding, design, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Applus Mobil Hizmetler Limited Şirketi and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Availability

We work to keep WIDME available and reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Features may be updated, changed, or discontinued where reasonably necessary.

Disclaimer and Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WIDME is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Apple

For purchases made through the App Store, Apple’s applicable terms, billing rules, and subscription management mechanisms also apply.

Changes

We may update these Terms of Use. The current version will be available on this page.
